Cancellations and returns

Canceling an order:

Without giving any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving. After cancelling the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return the products to iSurvive® (only non-food products). After receiving your return order, you will be credited the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. You will only have to pay for the return shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, you will have to return the product with all its accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To use the right of withdrawal, please contact us at: contact@isurvive.nl. We will provide you the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return refund.

Canceling an order is free of charge up to the moment that the order has been shipped. If the order is canceled after shipping, you should refuse the delivery when it arrives. The delivery service will then take the package back and return it to us. We will only refund your payment if we have received the payment and your cancellation request. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive your cancellation request.

This applies only if you refuse the delivery and have it returned, unopened, by the delivery service. Should you (accidentally) accept the delivery, then you are responsible for returning the canceled order to us (and for all costs required to do so). We will only provide a refund if the returned goods are returned to us complete, original, unused and undamaged.

Returns and cooling off period:

As a private customer, you have a cooling off period of 14 days. Within this period, it is possible to return the products without further explanation. The cooling off period begins on the date the product is delivered. Without giving any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving. After cancelling the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return the products to iSurvive®. After receiving your return order, you will be credited the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

You will only have to pay for the return shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, you will have to return the product with all its accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Exceptions to this policy are: products assembled specifically for you, products that due to hygienic concerns cannot be returned, or products ordered especially for you. A product may only be returned complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Products that do not meet these criteria remain your property. We will return these products to you, and all shipping costs involved will be charged to you.

Use the address below if you should decide to return the complete order to us. You have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days. After receiving the returned goods, we will, in the case of a private customer, refund the entire cost of the order, including the original shipping costs. C.O.D. costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs paid will only be refunded if the complete order is returned within the 14 day cooling off period.

The shipping costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer, also when returning only a part of the order. The costs of the returned part of the order will be refunded. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds:

To refund payments we require your bank account number. Customers outside the Netherlands must also provide the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their bank. Take note: the account number that you provide for refunds must be the same account number you used to make the payment to Isurvive. This is to counter any possible fraud with refunds. Payments already made will be refunded within 14 days.

Important points for returning orders:

Isurvive only accepts properly packaged and fully paid for returns. Isurvive reserves the richt to refuse a return or to only credit a part of the billed amount when:

  • the original packaging is missing or damaged;
  • the product has visibly been used and/or damaged.

Returns that do not include proof of purchase will not be processed until (a copy of) the proof of purchase is provided. General Terms & Conditions
