Shipping and Shipping costs:

Unless you have specifically chosen to pick up your order in person, all packages will be sent by Post NL (this is the new name of TNT Post).

Pick-up address:

  • Food and fresh bakery products: If you order from Sunday to Friday before 11:00 in the shop (or via this webshop before 14:00u), your order will be ready the next day from 9 am at - The Camping Shop -.
  • Other products from our webshop: Order pick ups are only possible by appointment or during regular opening hours at - The Camping Store - at the camping site Slot Cranendonck in Soerendonk. Paying by PIN or cash is possible at - The Camping Store -. Next day order pick ups are only possible after placing an order at our webshop.
  • Pick-up address: Camping site Slot Cranendonck, Strijperdijk 9, 6027 RD Soerendonk

In short about shipping non food products:

All orders above € 150.00 (incl. VAT) will be delivered free of charge (within the Netherlands). Below € 150.00 we charge a flat rate for shipping and administrative costs of € 5,95 (This includes Btw/Vat). This rate applies to packages up to 10 kg. For orders weighing more than 10 kg, we charge a flat rate of € 14,95 (This includes Btw/Vat).

Delivery times:

iSurvive® keeps many of our products permanently in stock. Most of our in stock items can be delivered within 24 hours. Despite our careful planning, it can unfortunately occur that the product of your choice may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified by us within 24 hours. A product that is temporarily out of stock will, in principle, be delivered to you within 7 days after the order was placed. If a product is out of stock, this will be stated on the details page of the product in question. We hope this will prevent you from being unpleasantly surprised.

All products ordered from Isurvive will be sent to you within 48 hours, via Post NL. This is dependent on the chosen payment method and/or whether the product is in stock. When you place an order before 12:00 p.m. on a work day, that order will, in principle, be posted on the same day. If your order is placed after 1:00 p.m., it will be posted via Post NL on the following work day.

Take note: If you have chosen to pay in advance, your order will only be sent after we have received the payment on our account. If the delivery time will take more than 30 days, you will have the option to dissolve the agreement free of charge. In such a case, payments already made will be refunded within 14 days after notification of your intention to cancel.

Partial deliveries:

We try to ship all products in one package. When you place an order for one or more products which are not in stock, those items which are in stock will be posted to you within 48 hours, in accordance with the above terms of delivery. Products from the same order which are not in stock will be posted to you at a later date, at no extra charge.

Shipping methods:

Your order will be properly packaged and sent via Post NL to the delivery address you provided. Your shipment will be delivered to you by TNT Post during their normal delivery rounds.

Standard do not delivery at neighbors:

All shipments are posted as 'Delivery address only + sign for receipt'. Your shipment will never be left with the neighbors. If you want your neighbors to be able to accept your shipment, you should let us know in advance (you can do this using the comments box).

What happens if you're not home during delivery:

If you are not home, Post NL will make a second attempt at delivery at a later date. If you are not home during the second delivery attempt, the delivery man will leave a message telling you where your package can be picked up. This is generally the nearest post office. The package will remain there for two weeks, and if it is not picked up in that time, it will be returned to Isurvive. Don't forget to bring your ID card when picking up your package from the post office.

What happens if you're not home during delivery 2:

If you are not home, you can have your package delivered on a different day, or to your neighbors or the Post Office. On the message left by the delivery man, you will see a 'Niet-thuis-code' (Not Home code).

By entering this code on the website online shipment service you can choose from the following options:

  • Have the package delivered on a different day and time. You can choose when you want the delivery to be made. The delivery address remains the same.
  • Have the package delivered to neighbors within the same postal code. You will need to enter the street address of the neighbors in question. Using this option, you can also choose the day and time of delivery.
  • Have the package delivered to the Post Office nearest to the original address. You can then pick up your package here in person.

Additionally, online shipment service is also available using a smartphone. For this, you need to use the QR barcode that can be found on the message left by the delivery man. Changes can be entered until 10:00 p.m. on the night of the first delivery attempt. If you do not make changes, the package will be delivered the next day (excepting Sundays and holidays) to the original address. 

Track & Trace:

Only on special request, track and trace numbers can be supplied. Use the following Contact link to retrieve your track & trace code. Your email must contain: 

  • Full name
  • Order Number
  • Subject:  Receiving Track & Trace code 

 Within a few hours you will receive the Tarck & Trace number. Then click on Track and Trace code and enter the code.

Costs: (All costs are Btw/Vat included)

  • Orders above € 150,00 are delivered free of charge to the address you provided (within the Netherlands).
  • Packages up to 10 kg € 5,95
  • Packages from 10 kg up to and including 20 kg € 14,95
  • C.O.D. up to 10 kg € 16,95
  • C.O.D. From 10 kg up to and including 20 kg  € 21,95
  • EU zone 1 mailbox orders: € 3,50
  • EU zone 1 t/m 2kg: € 15,95
  • EU zone 1 t/m 5kg: € 25,95
  • EU zone 1 t/m 10kg: € 49,95
  • All prices include 19% VAT. All deliveries are made through TNT Post.

EU Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
