Placing an order:
Placing an order at iSurvive® is very easy….
Welcome to all new customers in our webshop. It is not needed to register at our webshop, you can immediately start filling your shopping cart. If you like to register first, you can do this by clicking on the 'My account' button on the top right.
The form will ask for your name and address, as well as a username and a unique password. As soon as you've completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us at the address you provided.
Signing in / logging in:
Welcome back to our webshop. Before you can start shopping, you need to log in using your username and password. On the top right of our website is a section labeled 'My account'. Enter your username and password here, and you can start shopping!
Filling the shopping cart:
On the top left, you can find an overview of all our products. You can also search the site using the search function on the top left or top right. You can choose the products you want to buy by clicking on the 'add to shopping cart' button. By clicking on the plus (+) multiple times, you can raise the number of the selected product in your shopping cart.
Take note: set the number of the item you want first, using the +/- buttons, before you click on the 'add to shopping cart' button.
You can now continue shopping, repeating the above steps when desired. When you decide to place your order, press on the 'to shopping cart' button. The 'shopping cart' then shows you an overview of all the products you have selected.
At this point you can still change the number of products you wish to order or remove a product from your order entirely. If you're satisfied with the selected products and number of products, click on the 'check out' button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to our payment system.
The payment system will ask you to choose a delivery method. You also have the option of entering an alternative delivery address. On this page you must indicated your preferred delivery method and payment method. Click on 'next' and check your order to be sure that all information is accurate.
Now you must check the box at the bottom of the page that says 'I have read and agree to the general terms & conditions' before you can place your order. You should only check this box if you have read the general terms & conditions and agree to be bound by them. Now you can click on the 'Place order' button and your order is complete.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us at the e-mail address you provided. This confirmation will list the products you have ordered.
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail:
Sometimes it can take some time before the confirmation e-mail arrives in your inbox. Make sure to check that the confirmation e-mail has not been marked as unwanted mail or spam by your e-mail program and moved to another folder. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service using the Contact link.
